What are the best aspects of this product?

Salesfusion offers a very compact marketing automation solution but what makes them different from the rest is their unrelenting desire to help their customers succeed. They have displayed from the initial contact all thoughout our entire customer journey with them that they are really sincere about their customers and have that eagerness to steer us to our goals with their platform. The onboarding process is quite comprehensive as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel that there are a couple of features that are missing but a new version is rolling out so I am expecting that it will address some of the flaws I have encountered.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Salesfusion allowed us to implement comprehensive nurture campaigns for both customers and prospects, derive high quality, actionable insights and analytics about the patterns and behavior of our prospects and generally operate as a better, well-oiled marketing organization.
