PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Scheduling cadences improve productivity and being able to track emails allows for better overall success.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's like the people who built it never worked a pipeline or, frankly, tested out the UI. Common sense features, like automatically updating all "company" fields when the lead is updated or simple search for templates don\\\\\\\'t exist.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

1. Search templates by subject line (in addition to keywords and template name)
2. Allow SAVE feature for things like "not the right person" RE: LinkedIn
3. Create the ability to sort templates by use, date created, alphabetized, etc
4. Upgrade the email draft section. a) Make dynamic tags that actually work b) don't erase all formatting when pasting into an email c) don't erase formatting period unless specifically requested
5. Make it easier to cancel a scheduled email (create a "Scheduled Emails" section maybe)
6. Suggest companies to link to that appear to be the same company (ex: SalesLoft and SalesLoft Inc.)
