
What are the best aspects of this product?
The most important thing about Salesloft is the ability to organize your day based on various sets of Cadences. There is great integration with Salesforce, Office 365/Exchange, and DiscoverOrg. It provides an insight into targets by influencing integrated data-points Owlers, InsideView and CrystalKnows. It allows you to leave pre-recorded voicemails while preparing for next call.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I cannot find a button that pulls the Personality insights from contact screen and this means that you have to start writing an email before the button appears. It would be great if they could work on the integration with Likedln and InMailing especially when building Cadence. Also, they could improve the support when it comes to displaying scripts.
