What are the best aspects of this product?
I love SalesLoft’s customer support team, they respond quickly to my questions so I don’t have to wait few hours in order to get the answer from them. They constantly release new features and integrations with numerous products. I like its Idea Exchange so we can vote for new updates and features. The tool is easy to use and the UI is intuitive, we don’t waste much time when emailing and calling.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In order to get some things done you need to learn how the UI works, it has some learning curve especially when it comes to selecting all the contacts in a Cadence and to skip next step.

It helps with scaling a prospecting team, and it helps to simplify the process of emailing, calling and tracking prospect activities in more professional manner.
