Wonderful tool with amazing support team

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can automate and track sales process in more professional manner. I used other similar tools but this one offers far better functionality especially uploading leads from Salesforce, better organization, reminders and taking notes. Everything within the system is easy and intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In the beginning I had some dislikes/lacks about this software but they have improved the product and implemented features that are useful for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SalesLoft helps us to expand the time when it comes to engaged selling. Thanks to the analytics on email content helps us to optimize our workflow.
