What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that it is easy to integrate the app with lots of other systems as well as the wide choice of automation rules that are offered with multiple settings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a couple of disadvantages. You have to pay extra for dynamic emails which is an important feature for conversion. Second, the webinars are available only in real time and you cannot watch them afterwards. The vendor should record the webinars and make them available on YouTube so that we can watch them when we find the time.

We use the app to follow customer preferences - online contact forms, different types of newletters, and personalized emails.
