Pros: SALESmanago is not just another sales software application. The company’s ethos, staff members, support agents, etc. all come together to offer a great package that is one of the best in the market. Our agency is impressed with the high quality of the software and the great value it provides to us and our customers. Hence, we have become a partner of SALESmanago because of our positive experiences.
Cons: I wish more of our customers sign up to use SALESmanago to boost their company’s online performance.

Pros: The outstanding feature of this app is its automation. You can configure reactions based on the activities of users such as filling out the form, getting a certain score, visiting certain website pages, opening email etc. The system helps marketers to achieve more without increasing their workload. Since both our company and SALESmanago are based in Poland, we can make use of better customer support in our own language.
Cons: Bugs are a big issue with SALESmanago, especially with its mailing creator (WYSIWYG editor). Other drawbacks are it provides limited customization options and functionality, and does not offer a source editor. The app is buggy because it looks like the vendor adds features without testing them properly. It is not an ideal system if you want to send frequent mailings. The customer support agents lack technical knowledge and they pass on tech issues to the tech team which is slow to respond.
