What are the best aspects of this product?
SALESmanago is a complex tool. We use it for our CRM, mailing, and marketing automation tasks. The overall marketing automation and the email alerts for tracked contacts make the work of our sales team a lot easier. The mailing tool is easy to use and offers A/B tests. I appreciate that the vendor is based in Poland which means guaranteed good quality and excellent customer support. I also like the fact that the app allows me to send emails using proxy settings.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are quite a few issues that need to be fixed. The user interface and certain rules need to be improved. Customer support takes a lot of time to resolve concerns. It is a new product and there are bound to be glitches, but the good thing is problems are fixed when you report them. When you send large volumes of emails there is a delay in email delivery. Plus, sometimes, dynamically generated links stop functioning for some reason and there are no tools that show this problem.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use SALESmanago for our marketing automation tasks which are scoring and getting email alerts when a visitor views crucial pages such as offers. This app is our main CRM tool and we don’t need any other system though SALESmanago is simple and offers limited features.
