What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part about this app is you can track what your leads are doing on your website. The system tracks visitor behavior on the entire site which helps us to understand customer behavior. On top of that, the solution is very affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are plenty of disadvantages. The interface could be made more intuitive. Plus, I have to create a new template every time I compose an email. There are also a lot of dropdown menus and fields. The app doesn’t create attractive landing pages. And the drag and drop email creator does not function well with the standard email tool. On top of all this, the rules are complicated and their steps could be simplified for the benefit of users.
