What are the best aspects of this product?

What Salesnet did for us was to streamline the work of our customer support department, and we use it to keep track of our sales people's and how far they've gotten into accomplishing our long term goals. They divide information between each other, and analyze customers' needs in order to respond on time. The program is easy to access, and incredibly friendly to use and navigate. To be completely honest, Salesnet has an amazing price compared to similar products, and that was the main reason why we chose it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would appreciate an opportunity to access information on the move, and to have an app for our phones and tablets. Development reports are good, but they need more guidance, and there are no explanatory directions for add-ins to clean our messy database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am confident that Salesnet is the only secure way to keep sales people connected, track prospects, and eases internal training. The reporting feature is amazing, and we can even use it to do general assesment of success/failure per year.
