PROS: I like how straight to the point Salesnet is and it provides all the necessary options so you can streamline your work and make it easier. It is user friendly solution, and it can be used by everyone no matter the age.

CONS: I haven’t run into something that I might dislike. Whenever we have some misunderstandings we call its support team and they answer our call immediatelly. Also, one of its representative calls or emails us once a month to make sure that everything is Ok with the product and our performance with it.

PROS: What Salesnet did for us was to streamline the work of our customer support department, and we use it to keep track of our sales people's and how far they've gotten into accomplishing our long term goals. They divide information between each other, and analyze customers' needs in order to respond on time. The program is easy to access, and incredibly friendly to use and navigate. To be completely honest, Salesnet has an amazing price compared to similar products, and that was the main reason why we chose it.

CONS: We would appreciate an opportunity to access information on the move, and to have an app for our phones and tablets. Development reports are good, but they need more guidance, and there are no explanatory directions for add-ins to clean our messy database.

PROS: The tool was designed from a user perspective, which makes it easy to use. Being that easy, the tool can still boast with friendly customer support, which guides you towards perfect reports. The so-called Right Click feature simplifies the accomplishment of many activities, including faceted power and access to permanent history that take two clicks to display.

CONS: What I don't like is that the program is not as famous as it should be! They should find a way to become more 'visible', they deserve it.

PROS: Salesnet has many aspects to like, but the best part is that they're absolutely commited to you as their client, and they do an amazing job analyzing your business and pointing out improvement needs. We're using it for a long time, but we never felt tempted to replace it with some fancy CRM out there because there was no need. It never disappointed us, and we maximized our benefit from using it by contacting support to guide us through every process. The guys were more than nice, and made us feel like the most important company ever, even if we didn't pay any fee for the services we got.

CONS: I like being able to customize Salesnet, but I don't have the same possibility to customize all the parts I want. I'd vote for a bit more self-involvement, ideally a couple of workshops where I get to analyze opportunities and difficulties, or to decide how specific needs of our company are to be met.

PROS: Salesnet allows us to email, add notes and to connect via Linkedl and to import-export abilities. I like this CRM software because it guides me through my daily tasks. I can build dashboard and it helps me with my management process to make it more streamlined. The linked emails reduces bouncing back and forth between two apps.

CONS: I’m new in this sales process and I found some tabs confusing and I cannot really figure out how to move through the opportunity and other tabs so I can add leads and contacts.

PROS: Salesnet helps us and our company to be more streamlined within our customer service department. I can track the performance of my sales teams and where they are with the customers and how they are doing with the tasks and goals that I have set. I get easy access to customer information and in any given moment I know whether my sales people performed well or no. About the product, this is user friendly solution that provides easy access and the price is affordable.

PROS: This one year of using Salesnet has been nothing but amazing, and I can't think of words good enough to describe its functionality. You get to contact support any time, without being afraid that you will pay additional fees. Take a look on their contact information, give a call, and there will be a friendly person on the other side of the line knowing who you are and shows amazing willingness to resolve your issue the very same day. It is absolutely unique in the CRM world, which makes me very happy to have appeared on their customer list.

CONS: I hate seing how much effort they are investing in their product, and how still they're not among the most popular CRMs out there. I would give them the first place right away if I could, they deserve it.

PROS: Salesnet is how you enable a single account rep to push the boundaries of good project management since day one! The product was recommended to us by affiliate companies, together with a variety of popular CRM products, but we knew almost instantly that it was our best and most affordable option. The transition didn't happen at glance, to say so, but we didn't even have such expectations knowing that we get to customize Salesnet in advance. I have to say that both our accountant rep and Salesnet's customer service were patient and passionate about the product, and the transition couldn't have been less painful. Even nowadays, service is standing on our side, and we rely on the CRM like never before.

CONS: We think that Salesnet is more focused on individual clients than the company as a whole, which doesn't help too much in an industry like ours. Our clients are mostly legal firms on temporary contracts, and changing them constantly wastes a lot of our time.

PROS: These are the features I like the most: adding notes, sending emails, importing/exporting large pieces of information, buildind dashboards simultaneously with pipeline modifications, managing all processes at once, filtering and searching throught the perimeters, linking emails with other apps, integrating it with LinkedIn, and most of all-having reliable customer support to help me adjust to the sector, as I am still new.

CONS: I'm confused with some of the tabs, not that much because of the program as because of the fact that I'm new. I don't always move confidently within leads and opportunities, which makes me think I need a more intuitive program to do things right. Now, the technical part is something else, it can't be the program's fault that I still don't know how to manage sales online.

PROS: This is user friendly solution with wonderful customer support. It is easy to use and we can easily create reports which are detailed and most complete reports I have ever created. It has “ right click” feature that provides simplicity and there is no need of more than 2 clicks to complete any activity. Also, it provides permament hiostory available.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this solution which works perfectly.

PROS: Salesnet suits our business because it offers admirable reporting and a customizable workflow. To be more precise, we run a small business with complex project management, most of the time including re-selling and sub-contracting, and Salesnet's detail accuracy means the world to us. Another critical advantage is that the program doesn't just help us sort information, but also save it and locate it with few clicks further on.

CONS: I wouldn't say they've streamlined process creation, but I believe that's a beginner's stepping stone, and I expect it to improve. As for the program in general, I don't like their quirky searching process (some of the attributes, at least), and the fact that it is not intuitive. It is a customizable program, after all, and we could all use directions here and there.

PROS: Salesnet is not a good program, it is a masterpiece! I've never used such powerful Opportunity System with robust API, and I still can't believe it comes on such a low price (I'm not protesting, though!). Support is particularly impressive, because they are always responsive and on time, and reaching them is fairly easy.

CONS: I don't like that the program doesn't do accounting on its own. The integration with QuickBooks is bidirectional, but having a ready database instead of dealing with links would be far better.

PROS: Salesnet allows us to customize the process and report options so it can meet our needs. Our business involves sun-contracting and re-selling and it goes along with project management requirement. With Salesnet we can easily manage contacts and to get easy access for specific information.

CONS: Sometimes the steps you need to take to do some actions can be clunky. Also, the dashboard can be customized but it is not as intuitive as it should be.

PROS: My personal favorites are versatility and customization. Salesnet is very precise, from layouts to entire processes, which makes it the most versatile, yet effective product to work with. We work in the legal sector, Civil Law Enforcement more precisely, and being able to work with scalable software is highly critical for us. Other serious demands we have to respond to are accuracy and time sensitivity, and the job Salesnet can do with them is simply unparalleled.

CONS: Interchange of data on various instances is still not possible, so we are somehow forced to collaborate with other users in order to export/import data. In future, we would like to see more systematic means to provide access to Read only documents few tow organizations. Technically, we have no remarks.

PROS: I like Salesnet because it is easy to use, and you can customize it to make it more personal. We use it to manage sales opportunities, and we like the colored coding which helps us follow each and every one of them. In fact, Salesnet is all about the views, especially robust reports! They developed accurate bar graphs and pie charts, and when you combine those with flexible management, there is almost nothing you can't calculate. We noticed this even during our trial, and we had no doubt on whether to choose Salesnet or its fancy competitors. I mean-it is genuinely an eye on your business, which helps you understand what you're doing and how far you've gotten. Therefore, we recommend it to every business on the hunt for a better CRM.

CONS: Salesnet stands for everything a decent CRM should have, and there is nothing bad to say about it. Tech team is great, and the product itself is very friendly and customizable.

PROS: Salesnet was recommended to us by one of our partners at the time when we were searching CRM software for our business. I can clearly say that this tool is worht every penny. It offers lot of customization options and its support team guided us through every step and they make sure that the product met all our needs and that we can easily achieve all our goals.

CONS: This product is more company focused instead of individual contact focused, so they could make it more flexible for both sides.
