What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesnet suits our business because it offers admirable reporting and a customizable workflow. To be more precise, we run a small business with complex project management, most of the time including re-selling and sub-contracting, and Salesnet's detail accuracy means the world to us. Another critical advantage is that the program doesn't just help us sort information, but also save it and locate it with few clicks further on.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wouldn't say they've streamlined process creation, but I believe that's a beginner's stepping stone, and I expect it to improve. As for the program in general, I don't like their quirky searching process (some of the attributes, at least), and the fact that it is not intuitive. It is a customizable program, after all, and we could all use directions here and there.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Including new opportunities into current business processes was our biggest challenge, and we're happy to have surpassed it. Our entire workflow is scheduled, and information is centralized in a single database, so there is almost no risk of confusing deadlines. It was just invaluable for managing our partner vendor's websites with full capacity.
