What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesnet allows us to email, add notes and to connect via Linkedl and to import-export abilities. I like this CRM software because it guides me through my daily tasks. I can build dashboard and it helps me with my management process to make it more streamlined. The linked emails reduces bouncing back and forth between two apps.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m new in this sales process and I found some tabs confusing and I cannot really figure out how to move through the opportunity and other tabs so I can add leads and contacts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to the option to email via Salesnet I am able to save lot of time because I don’t need to import everything later, everything is done automatically. This tool keeps leads straight and optimizing movements via Sales processes. Also, it helps me to forsee what needs to be done in near future.
