What are the best aspects of this product?
These are the features I like the most: adding notes, sending emails, importing/exporting large pieces of information, buildind dashboards simultaneously with pipeline modifications, managing all processes at once, filtering and searching throught the perimeters, linking emails with other apps, integrating it with LinkedIn, and most of all-having reliable customer support to help me adjust to the sector, as I am still new.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'm confused with some of the tabs, not that much because of the program as because of the fact that I'm new. I don't always move confidently within leads and opportunities, which makes me think I need a more intuitive program to do things right. Now, the technical part is something else, it can't be the program's fault that I still don't know how to manage sales online.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My tasks are now automated, and I get reminded of them every day. I add and send emails automatically, and I move through my sales processes in an optimized way. I take note of everything that has been done/needs doing, because I have amazing reports to rely on.
