What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool was designed from a user perspective, which makes it easy to use. Being that easy, the tool can still boast with friendly customer support, which guides you towards perfect reports. The so-called Right Click feature simplifies the accomplishment of many activities, including faceted power and access to permanent history that take two clicks to display.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don't like is that the program is not as famous as it should be! They should find a way to become more 'visible', they deserve it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It stops important assignments from falling through the proverbial cracks, I know what I am supposed to do every day, and how I am supposed to do it. Being on time is essential to our business, and it becomes more and more difficult as the business grows, but Salesnet follows the growth amazingly well, focusing both on our previous and current customers.
