What are the best aspects of this product?
My personal favorites are versatility and customization. Salesnet is very precise, from layouts to entire processes, which makes it the most versatile, yet effective product to work with. We work in the legal sector, Civil Law Enforcement more precisely, and being able to work with scalable software is highly critical for us. Other serious demands we have to respond to are accuracy and time sensitivity, and the job Salesnet can do with them is simply unparalleled.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Interchange of data on various instances is still not possible, so we are somehow forced to collaborate with other users in order to export/import data. In future, we would like to see more systematic means to provide access to Read only documents few tow organizations. Technically, we have no remarks.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Salesnet was perfect from the very first moment, as it pulled out everybody's top 20%. It is the first time for us to see a newbie and an experienced pro handle information the same way, and that’s something one cannot undermine. I've seen for myself how easy it is to adapt to this product, and how little time it takes to move into field operations. It simply requires minimal personal set-up, which eliminates all possibility of non-techie mistakes.
