What are the best aspects of this product?
This one year of using Salesnet has been nothing but amazing, and I can't think of words good enough to describe its functionality. You get to contact support any time, without being afraid that you will pay additional fees. Take a look on their contact information, give a call, and there will be a friendly person on the other side of the line knowing who you are and shows amazing willingness to resolve your issue the very same day. It is absolutely unique in the CRM world, which makes me very happy to have appeared on their customer list.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hate seing how much effort they are investing in their product, and how still they're not among the most popular CRMs out there. I would give them the first place right away if I could, they deserve it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our company underwent a dramatic increase of its tracking capacity, which, as expected, brought us with an incredible number of new leads. We inserted a free dial feature which helps reps contact customers with a single click, or to redirect the call to the VOIP. You can only imagine the difference in our average number of appointments!
