What are the best aspects of this product?
I like Salesnet because it is easy to use, and you can customize it to make it more personal. We use it to manage sales opportunities, and we like the colored coding which helps us follow each and every one of them. In fact, Salesnet is all about the views, especially robust reports! They developed accurate bar graphs and pie charts, and when you combine those with flexible management, there is almost nothing you can't calculate. We noticed this even during our trial, and we had no doubt on whether to choose Salesnet or its fancy competitors. I mean-it is genuinely an eye on your business, which helps you understand what you're doing and how far you've gotten. Therefore, we recommend it to every business on the hunt for a better CRM.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Salesnet stands for everything a decent CRM should have, and there is nothing bad to say about it. Tech team is great, and the product itself is very friendly and customizable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Generating new leads and supporting current customers. We've professionalised the art of communicating and following prospects, without which we would never close the deals we're closing now. We were a serious marketing challenge to handle, and we were a doodle for Salesnet.
