What are the best aspects of this product?

This is user friendly solution with wonderful customer support. It is easy to use and we can easily create reports which are detailed and most complete reports I have ever created. It has “ right click” feature that provides simplicity and there is no need of more than 2 clicks to complete any activity. Also, it provides permament hiostory available.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes about this solution which works perfectly.

With this tool you can never forget about your tasks. It helps us to increase our business performance each year and we are always on the top of happenings and it helps us to attrack potential customers and engage the current ones.
