What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how straight to the point Salesnet is and it provides all the necessary options so you can streamline your work and make it easier. It is user friendly solution, and it can be used by everyone no matter the age.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t run into something that I might dislike. Whenever we have some misunderstandings we call its support team and they answer our call immediatelly. Also, one of its representative calls or emails us once a month to make sure that everything is Ok with the product and our performance with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to record every lead and prospect and any note we might have for salesmen. It helps us with email campaigns and we can easily set up time for emails and send them to specific participants.
