What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesnet is how you enable a single account rep to push the boundaries of good project management since day one! The product was recommended to us by affiliate companies, together with a variety of popular CRM products, but we knew almost instantly that it was our best and most affordable option. The transition didn't happen at glance, to say so, but we didn't even have such expectations knowing that we get to customize Salesnet in advance. I have to say that both our accountant rep and Salesnet's customer service were patient and passionate about the product, and the transition couldn't have been less painful. Even nowadays, service is standing on our side, and we rely on the CRM like never before.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We think that Salesnet is more focused on individual clients than the company as a whole, which doesn't help too much in an industry like ours. Our clients are mostly legal firms on temporary contracts, and changing them constantly wastes a lot of our time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had the ambition to sell more of our services, both to new prospects and listed clients. We also wanted to track the efforts of our accounting team, and to keep information organized in a logical and accessible manner. I couldn't think of a more efficient way to do it, and I sincerely congratulate Salesnet for playing such an amazing progressing role.
