What are the best aspects of this product?

Salesnet was recommended to us by one of our partners at the time when we were searching CRM software for our business. I can clearly say that this tool is worht every penny. It offers lot of customization options and its support team guided us through every step and they make sure that the product met all our needs and that we can easily achieve all our goals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This product is more company focused instead of individual contact focused, so they could make it more flexible for both sides.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to manage our existing client and to attrack new customers. We are able to track and analyze every account manager’s sales efforts and to put everything in one place. It allows us to work with new leads in more efficient way. This product plays important role in ou company’s performances.
