What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using this product for more than a year and as far as I can tell this is the best product I have ever used. If you have questions, misunderstandings or if you don’t know to do something you can always call its support team and they will guide you through every step and provide you with best advice.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t run into something that I might dislike about this product, it works great and its customer service makes the product unique.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to improve the interaction we have with our prospects and to track capabilities. Also, we added free click to dial feature and this increased our dials. Our reps can click on the phone icon and it links to our VOIP to make calls. Thanks to this product our sales numbers and appointments are increased.
