What are the best aspects of this product?
Salesnet has many aspects to like, but the best part is that they're absolutely commited to you as their client, and they do an amazing job analyzing your business and pointing out improvement needs. We're using it for a long time, but we never felt tempted to replace it with some fancy CRM out there because there was no need. It never disappointed us, and we maximized our benefit from using it by contacting support to guide us through every process. The guys were more than nice, and made us feel like the most important company ever, even if we didn't pay any fee for the services we got.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like being able to customize Salesnet, but I don't have the same possibility to customize all the parts I want. I'd vote for a bit more self-involvement, ideally a couple of workshops where I get to analyze opportunities and difficulties, or to decide how specific needs of our company are to be met.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our biggest problem was tracking spreadsheets and reporting because it used to absorb all of our time. Now that we have Salesnet, all processes are streamlined, and we make our reports so easy! No duplicate accounts and no lost contacts, that's the benefit of being a Salesnet customer. Experienced users such as ourselves can even make their own report/proposal templates based on our their database content, which is a whole other level of customization.
