What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Salestools is that it's the fastest application I've ever used from the past year. It's very easy to export my files and really fast to find e-mails especially to unorganized people like me. It is also very user friendly and easy to understand. You can build lists quickly without a hassle.
I also like the fact that it involves many data sources for different kinds of industries, not just LinkedIn. You can also switch from CRM to another without any issues unlike other tools that I've used before and I had issues with that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have no complaints so far because it makes my work possible and fast.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Salestools has helped me to organize my documents better. It also helps with proper E-mail Identification.
