Pros: I like the fact that it gives value for money and does exactly what it says on the package. Before, I used two competitor products. One of them was highly priced and did not work well for non-Anglo information. The other one ran out of steam and stagnated from a development perspective. Another good thing is that the customer support staff are very responsive and I never have to wait for too long to get a response to my questions. Moreover it has a wide scope because it covers a lot of data sources for multiple industries and is not only restricted to LinkedIn.

Cons: Currenly salestools has all the features that I wanted. The only thing is that it does not integrate with our specific CRM. Although we have asked it to.

Pros: the general concept of the product is good. -- the idea of being able to find contact info for people.

Cons: Most search functions did not work as advertised or intended. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get results from the searches, - had a number of tech support calls in which the support agent could not explain why it was not working -- beware the minimum 2 month sign up and NO trial period read the terms and conditions for termination
