What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that using Salestools has made list building in LinkedIn quite easy. It's now easy to organize all of my prospecting on LinkedIn into organized lists either within SalesTools, or in SalesForce (they are integrated) or I can download to excel, thus I can use them anywhere. Also, it costs less to find verified emails of people I have selected unlike the other sites that I have used before. I can send emails to the prospects and track them just as in HubSpot to see if they've opened the emails and follow up accordingly. The best part is that I can do all this in one platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
What I dislike is that when I use the LinkedIn standard search I get both correct and incorrect results. But when I use the LinkedIn sales navigator it works perfectly. Nevertheless, I contacted software support about this and they said that it will be fixed with an update.

Using Salestools makes prospecting on LinkedIn very easy.
