What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been using Salestools for a long time ever since it was a local desktop app. Even better now that it's a SaaS solution and it gets better and better. I usually recommend it to 2 or 3 people every week for their business needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no complaints because the support team resolves all issues immediately and you need to just contact them via chat "in-screen"
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Using Salestools has made managing business contacts easier especially because we have to use multiple sources of contact information. The ability to integrate social and professional network, basic business contact, and extended tags and notes in one platform has completely changed my day to day challenges with contact data management.
