What are the best aspects of this product?
I like the fact that it gives value for money and does exactly what it says on the package. Before, I used two competitor products. One of them was highly priced and did not work well for non-Anglo information. The other one ran out of steam and stagnated from a development perspective. Another good thing is that the customer support staff are very responsive and I never have to wait for too long to get a response to my questions. Moreover it has a wide scope because it covers a lot of data sources for multiple industries and is not only restricted to LinkedIn.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Currenly salestools has all the features that I wanted. The only thing is that it does not integrate with our specific CRM. Although we have asked it to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Sales tools helps in marketing campaign management. We are able to do all three tasks; accurate data extraction, accurate email alias identification
and marketing Campaign Management. This saves a lot of time and gives me an opportunity to quickly do the outreach part of the sales process at scale.
