What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using the application for a couple of months now and I must admit that it is a very user friendly platform. I can find all the information about prospects from different social networks with just a few clicks.
The fact that I can build campaigns and handle everything on one platform is amazing. Also, I can choose to include the information in Excel or just integrate it with my CRM. Lastly, the customer support team promptly answer my requests or questions. They take my feedback into consideration and they are constantly improving the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does take some time to save the leads, however, it's worth it considering the amount of information that you get.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using Salestools saves a lot of my time compared to if I did all that manually. Thus, I can use the extra time to focus on other tasks nd boost my performance.
