PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First, Salestools is very responsive, easy to use and and really fast to change and edit data within the platform, compared to other software that you have to wait for ages before the change or edit is completed. Second, Salestools has a very competitive price. The pricing packages are very affordable compared to other competitors, but without sacrificing the quality of data and service. Third, the support team is very responsive. They quickly answer to my questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I dislike is that we cannot integrate Salestools with our CRM. I hope that will be fixed soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Salestools saves time and speeds up prospecting because the platform is very responsive. It is 80% accurate in data extraction. There's a new automated feature called Outreach which has an outbound email capability which will reduce our costs since we won't need to outsource that to another company.
