What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a few things that I like about Salestools. First, I like the plug-in that allows me to extract in 1 click around 300 targeted leads on Linkedin. I usually do an advanced search on Linkedin on a specific niche and a specific job position then I just have to push the salestools.io plug-in to export all data into the salestools platform. Moreover, I can easily export those data in my SugarCRM in a very foolproof way. Second, I like the fact that the software is synched with +70 CRM and Zapier. Hence, I can switch from a CRM to another without any problem.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no complaints, but I wish I could extract data on Viadeo because I want to target the french market. They said that the feature will be intergrated soon on the platform. I also wish I would have an outreach feature on my dashboard to help track who visit my website and have everything in a single platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Salestools has helped our company to save a lot of time unlike before where I wasted a lot of time looking for prospect and had a low quality database. It saves about 3 hours per BDR per day of my sales prospecting team time.
