Search did not function as advertised — beware of min 2 month sign up and cancellation terms

the general concept of the product is good. -- the idea of being able to find contact info for people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Most search functions did not work as advertised or intended. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to get results from the searches, - had a number of tech support calls in which the support agent could not explain why it was not working

-- beware the minimum 2 month sign up and NO trial period read the terms and conditions for termination

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

accurate search results - fully functional search

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

we were looking for a solution to acquire contact information for the marketing staff within target companies. this tool was advertised to do this. it did not.
