What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Unreliable, slow reporting and unfair treatment of clients. Insistent on charging a "transfer fee" of $500 per store to change hands siting dev work required, but when proven no dev work needed threatened service interruption to extort unjust fees. As a franchisee of a larger system, they knew I myself could not decline using their services allowing them to charge whatever they felt like.
