Salsa CRM is flexible to our growing charity. It's customizable to allow us to communicate precisely what we want from our sponsors, volunteers and customers. Customer service is simple, attentive, thinking of out-of-box systems based upon my specific needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The operating system is complicated because there are so many features that it requires some time to work hard to find everything. Within a year, the device always updating.

The convenience of reporting, tracking of voluntary work, the progress of different initiatives depending on the participation we could monitor, etc.
