What are the best aspects of this product?
We've already bought, rented, awarded and experienced too many resources to mention. Before we eventually discovered SALSA. The system is continuously updating and adding functionality, customer satisfaction is completely outstanding, and their commitment to the end-user is apparent in the functionality they provide and the enhancements they had already implemented over through the years that we were together. Every CRM system does have problems with it. A few of the factors that set SALSA away from everyone else is their customer support staff. They take a very long mile but then they're merely trying beyond that to collaborate with you, resolve any issues users start experiencing, recommending advanced functionality to the management team depending on your necessities. This software is superb.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am not as happy with the idea of their collaborator in the handling of contributions. For instance –, when a funder wants to raise their amount donated, you should postpone their old charitable contribution, and they'll have to get in there and make the latest voluntary contribution. Most of their teaching materials open up so much to be done, however, the capability of their customer service staff is more than just that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I've been through SALSA in a few years already. At first, I was looking to make it a Platform doing great-which I quit because they're so inactive, but they do have great software and solutions, and their contribution management is convenient. However, the truth is, I quit the NFG because I didn't get the results I expected. However, from my very first day along with SALSA, the staff behind the service reached over and crossed across obstacles and performed somersaults to make me feel good and let me have the learning I deserved. I even got a phone call from the chief executive to speak like what I'm feeling to ensure I kept having what I wanted. I can't possibly imagine some other business with a "client is the priority" culture that goes well all way up the ladder. No matter how I proceed with all of that I would like to do, I think there are other ways to use it in SALSA (besides charitable contributions!). Without hesitation, I will recommend this software to everybody!
