What are the best aspects of this product?
The Salsa staff is very experienced and polite. They even identify you as a user. Clay Rios is helpful and knowledgeable, and he can make me happy. I'm looking forward to have a discussion with him. However the whole Salsa customer service team is supportive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There have been instances that they put you on hold. It's more convenient to call in the customer service in the morning.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Salsa is responsible with all my information processing, fundraising, messages, and thank you for your comments. I'm only using a small proportion of its resources, but it matches our charity necessities.
