What are the best aspects of this product?

Let me start off by saying that the customer service team has been very helpful. On top of this, Samepage allows you the leeway to customize this tool according to your preferences too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Samepage rolls out new features regularly. However, I do have some more suggestions to improve overall user experience. For one, please give us more flexibility in terms of organizing the projects and in updating the files. It would be nice to sync calendar events and appointments to other online scheduling tools.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’ve been able to deliver documents to my clients more easily. In return, they have been able to make edits on the files and collaborate more easily with me on Samepage too. Its availability on mobile and the messaging feature has quadrupled my engagement with my customers as well.
