Samepage is a comprehensive collaboration solution for business teams. It is a single platform that enables team collaboration through functionalities such as scheduling, discussion topics, meeting agendas, files, instant messages, conversations, and task lists.

PROS: I love how easy and clean this product is to use. I appreciate that they have a free option. It works great for me and my team right now. Currently we are using it to collaborate on projects together.

CONS: I only have the free version and the templates are limited on there which I completely understand. I love the templates that they offer and I would love more.

PROS: The desktop client and mobile client have the same essential features. I get notifications on my phone, which is amazing when I have my desktop muted. Tasks are a great way to organize phone messages.

CONS: The icons on the left side of the screen are fairly difficult to discern at first glance. They are fine once you get used to them, but I have had trouble getting used to them only using the program 1-2 times per day.

PROS: Ability to create groups and subgroups and being able to send broadcasts. Since we are in IT, it helps to make announcements and to create groups for each person so that only relevant people are involved in the conversation. Documentation management is also much easier to manage as long as they are placed in the right place which makes it like Intranet.

CONS: The video Calling feature is very slow /delayed.

PROS: Prior to using Samepage, I've been relying to multiple applications to manage and organise my personal life, incluing Todoist, Trello, Microsoft Outlook, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. Samepage consolidate most of these apps into ONE product, and the fact that it's web-based, as well as running in mobile, tablet; make this a no-brainer winner for managing my personal life. I would surely recommend this software to anyone, no matter it's for managing your personal life, to a small team or large corporate. It consolidates to-do-list, calendar, cloud drives, communication (text, voice, face-to-face video calls) and much more, as it can integrate with external apps. I would give it 6 stars if 5 stars is the max :)

CONS: I haven't experienced any issue with this product after using it for almost one year, and the vendor keeps improving the features so it's great!!

PROS: As a young professional straight from college, I navigate through this program as though it is a hybrid of universities online platforms, such as, Blackboard or Canvas. As will having some feeling of Outlook Calendars. I like it immediately sends out notifications to my Outlook calendar and emails so it provides additional notification for all members alike.

CONS: Even though this is a collaborative program for businesses; I feel that GUEST do not have enough restrictions. If they do it is not demonstrated to the max to the host organizer.
