A little hard to understand, but really useful

What are the best aspects of this product?

Finding data no longer has to be like looking for needle in a haystack. Plus, whenever an update is made on a task that I follow, I get notified right away.

At first glance, this tool may not exactly be the most user-friendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My team and I have been enjoying the benefits and convenience that this tool has to offer. We no longer have to maintain long email threads. We can easily communicate and work with each other on Samepage now.
