What are the best aspects of this product?

Edits can be done on real-time and uploads are quickly processed too. There’s an ease when it comes to storing and retrieving data with Samepage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Samepage does not really tell you if your upload has failed. This happens when you overwhelm the system with frequent and multiple updates on the files. However, I still think that this should be looked into. At the very least, they should develop a feature that will inform you that the file you have tried to save did not go through.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For the most part, I’ve been able to collaborate with my remote work-partner well. No more back and forth emails too.
