What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool gives you a platform where you can upload and download information on a project you are working on. Not only will this get other team members up to speed with your work, they also can pitch ideas to you and help you out wherever they (or you) see fit.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You’d have to be familiar with more complicated software commands to be able to use this. I wouldn’t exactly recommend this to those who aren’t knowledgeable on tech stuff.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With all the information and data accessible at any given time, this makes completing tasks so much easier. Remote work isn’t a pipe dream anymore.
