What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the unique offerings of the platform is the addition of ‘Pages’ for repository of data related to projects, to the team and the sub team. A task stays on the page even after it’s completed and can still be moved around when needed. The chat group is also incredible because you can choose to include only the members of your company who are involve in the project. The user access policies are nicely defined and the software itself has clear design and layout. Apart from the number of robust feature, we also like the software’s proactive and adept customer support team. Despite the time zone difference, the team are still effective in helping us. There are also many ways to ask for assistance. You can choose to reach out via email, Skype, chat, or video conferencing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software doesn’t work offline. Wish we could use the software capabilities even when there’s no internet connection. Aside from that, we just wish there are more video tutorials because they’re easier to understand and follow.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collaboration and consistency is very much important to our company because we are working on several different projects, consist of many different teams, and operates in different parts of the world. This software allows us to work seamlessly together and remain consistent.
