PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ease of use that I have experienced with Samepage allowed my team to get started with the software quickly and easily manage all of my team's communication all in one place. We love creating all of our business project plans, team/client chat, share files, set up private teams, and so much more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Samepage has so many things right about it that it is hard to find something that is problematic. I think there may be a steep learning curve for those new to project management tools. This is the case because Samepage manages content in teams instead of projects. Otherwise, I would say it was easy for me to get started with.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It's hard to define because Samepage is so fully packed with all that I need in my daily use of the product. If I ever need something, I submit a request and usually it fits into the plans for Samepage and it's implemented.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Problems solved by Samepage was: organization, communication streamlining, moving project management from email to a software program that works well with my company, and one of the last things is the ability to manage multiple teams with mini-team/projects.
