What are the best aspects of this product?
Ability to create groups and subgroups and being able to send broadcasts. Since we are in IT, it helps to make announcements and to create groups for each person so that only relevant people are involved in the conversation.
Documentation management is also much easier to manage as long as they are placed in the right place which makes it like Intranet.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The video Calling feature is very slow /delayed.

Perhaps more in depth task management feature. - being able to add dependencies, gantt charts etc
