What are the best aspects of this product?
Collaborative nature of the product and the ability to create teams, share documents, and chat about multiple projects
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some of the features are not super intuitive at first- for example, the views freeze when you click new pages and it wasn't clear to me the difference between chats, teams, and pages at first
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Slightly cleaner interface
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Project management was huge- being able to contribute to a project in the same place, group our documents together, and talk through issues was huge. And it wasn't lost over email!
