PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We find the user interface to be really simple and intuitive. In fact, even new comers and clients can start using the software right off the bat. Also, this software eliminates the need for other SaaS applications and provides us with more efficient way to do our tasks which effectively cuts our expensed by about 50%. There are customization features as well that enable us to tailor and workspace to suit the needs and preference of clients without compromising our capability to get our jobs done.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First of all, we would prefer drag-and-drop functionalities especially for documents instead of copy and paste process which is more time consuming. Then, there are times when notifications pile up so having to click just a button to clear them all would be great. Also, it would be really helpful if teams can be reorganized and tasks can be sorted by category such as team, due date, etc. And finally, adding customization options for the team avatar would be cool. All in all though, these are only minor issues which, as far as I know, is being addressed on the later versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The feature that really shine for us is the one that allows us to seamlessly collaborate with our customers in real time where we can devise marketing plans for reducing expenses, improve our service, and grow our business.
