PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The desktop client and mobile client have the same essential features. I get notifications on my phone, which is amazing when I have my desktop muted. Tasks are a great way to organize phone messages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The icons on the left side of the screen are fairly difficult to discern at first glance. They are fine once you get used to them, but I have had trouble getting used to them only using the program 1-2 times per day.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Google Integration

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Paper phone messages and forgetting tasks. It's easy to overlook a paper on your desk, but when it's organized into a program on your computer that sends notifications to your phone, it's hard to miss.
