What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing that I like about this tool is the flexibility that it allows me and my time. Not only can we save and track our edits in one place, we’ve been able to tailor the dashboard to our preferences.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You are left to your own devices when it comes to coming up with a system that will best organize your data. This isn’t so bad actually, because this means that you get freedom to position things where you need them too. Also, I just want to call out the attention of the developers. There are times when a user would be tagged as online even if they are not.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve been able to store our data in one place. Not to mention, communication is much more open now thanks to Samepage’s chat features.
