PROS: I like that through Ariba I get full visibility of all transactions. Also It offers great reporting features and we can easily remain compliant based on the monetary release authority. The vendors are allowed to submit their own invoices against Sos. It is user-friendly solution for most part. I gave lessons to more than 500 external users and they haven’t run into some missunderstandings.
CONS: The escalation rules are based on partition instead of business unit rules. Also, I’d like to open various tabs within Ariba instead of creating new sessions when we want to multi-task without leaving the sceen. They coild make the ERP Push errors more understandable because sometimes they don’t make sense to the common users.

PROS: I like that Ariba combines lot of features like purchasing, accounts payments, travel and time sheets, vendor maintenance needs and others in one single place. I often use quick links which are extremely convenient and I like that it keeps history of every step I take. In addtion, its search engine is thorough and useful as well.
CONS: It can be slow from time to time and I don’t like that it might log me out in the middle of work, even though it saves what I’m doing but it can be really frustrating to log in all the time.

PROS: Fantastic and easy to use tool with tons of great features. It’s helping our company for a long time now, and it handles supplier concerns, contract management, as well as invoicing among other tasks. I have tried other options, but they can’t provide the benefits and features I’m enjoying from Ariba.
CONS: It has some issues when signing-in. The platform sometimes shows or demands confusing licenses.

PROS: This tool is easy to understand and use, and helps us conveniently trace PO updates. It is also a reliable platform for keeping old and new PO records. Accuracy in managing purchase orders is amazing as well, even if we need to handle them in huge bulks. Moreover, it can conveniently generate reports in XML format for easy viewing.
CONS: It has some rough integration processes for other platforms. You need to manually double-check invoice and PO proof processes to make sure they reflect in your company’s records. We even need to assign an employee for uploading such files, so we can avoid mistakes.

PROS: A convenient tool that doesn’t stumble on too many errors. It helps with making requests, invoicing, and tracking process history. It also helps in creating reports, analyzing purchases, and determining the cost of Purchase Orders. Say, it helps me make requests conveniently, notifies when a request is approved, as well as it displays the Purchase Order number accordingly. Then, it helps us relay such PO info to suppliers properly.
CONS: It has some inconvenient problems such as the short idle time before auto-logout, and it often leads to login errors that push me to reopen my browser. Also, it doesn’t generate links to request forms, which means my employees need to scour through the platform and look for the right item. This impedes our workflow when handling requests.

PROS: What I like most is the fact that every aspect of the product is configurable starting from creating groups for various levels of user access to creating various types of purchases. We run multiple Ariba modules and once you set it up the flow between the module is seamless. The set up of Contract Workspace can be invoiced in P2P and you have the data categorized and captured in Spend Viz.
CONS: For those who are not procurement minded the tool might be unintuitive. They could make the UI more simpler and it is not easy to train someone without previous experience. I have to train users through every step from requisition to invoicing and as far as I can tell this is not easiest thing to do.

PROS: I like seeing the visibility of all transactions. I like its reporting functionality and the ease of maintaining compliance according to monetary release authority. I love it how vendors are able to submit invoices against SOs. Most of the time, Ariba is user-friendly. I've already trained several hundred external users and they haven't faced problems much.
CONS: I don't like how their escalation rules are solely based on partition as opposed to the Business Unit rules. I was hoping we'd be able to open tabs in Ariba instead of creating a new session if we're want to multi-task. It'd be nice if their ERP Push errors were a little more clear. There have been instaces where they don't make any sense, often pushing one to frequently depend on the ePHelp desk. I was hoping there's a way where can make transaction approvals via a smart device.

PROS: It's essentially a storage space and made to report for contracts. I've experienced setting fields up for data for recording within the form as you input contract details. This includes value, category, and term dates. I like how it would remind you when a contract is nearing its end, so you can extract feedback from the stakeholder and then sent to suppliers. Once it's being entered, the reporting dashboard is set up to create a record consisting all live contracts from information mentioned in the form.
CONS: The disconnect occurring between documents and tasks within projects for project and contract management. First of all, in terms of the "A" status of a supplier with a CM and PM difference, these could made in under a single project. Whenever documents are recorded, these can be uploaded to the Documents. The Task should be in a different tab. Both should be combined in some kind of way.

PROS: Ariba is great tool for enterpise to collaborate and for effective work management. The installation process is simple and it doesn’t require hardware or software assistance because it is on cloud. It is great tool for driving compliance and to manage vendors easily. It offers greta features for managing and saving contract. It has powerful search and reporting abilities.
CONS: Sometimes is slow and it affects ou workflow. In addition, creating new moduls is not intuitive process and it requires little training. Also, they could integrate it OCR contract reading for scanned PDF docs.

PROS: I like Ariba interface because it’s easy to navigate and the inline help system is a wonderful addition when it comes to assisting global users. In addition, it offers great flexibility within the wokflows and customer is the one who defines the rules of engagement. Its support team is second to none, they will work along with you so they can help you to solve the problems or misunderstnadings you’re dealing with.

PROS: I like this program storage facility and reporting for contracts. I set up fields for the data to be recorded in the form as soon as the details of the contract are entered. It reminds me when the contract is coming to an end and I can ask for feedback and provide it to the suppliers. It is so flexible solution that onc eyou enter the reporting dashboard you can record all live contracts with the information from the form.
CONS: I don’t like that there is no connection between tasks and documents in the projects for contract management and PM. In addition, I don’t like that the templates that are assigned to a task have to be downloaded, completed and then re-uploaded and this can be really frustrating especially when working with deadlines.

PROS: I like that this program allows me to combine various catalogs into one and I can easily navigate portal. Also, I like the platform’s billing component. In addition, you caneasily run various accounts, internal orders and funds through Ariba.
CONS: We have experienced some issues with this program like sudden crash or unavailable because of the bugs and glitches. All of these issues are resolved within a day.
